From Global Expertise to Leading with Brain Science

For over 20 years, as a training team, we have led corporate training programmes globally, pioneering the first industry-specific Mini MBA for Telecoms and Hi-Tech across dozens of countries, from the UK to the USA, and Singapore to South Africa. Our team, with C-Level and MD experience in diverse sectors - from technology and banking, to military and education - have trained thousands of leaders at major companies like MTN, Vodafone, HP, and Microsoft.

This extensive experience revealed a shocking truth: for the most part, managers were treading water, struggling with competencies, silos, and constant change. While our comprehensive programs addressed all business aspects, leadership clearly and overwhelmingly stood out as the catalyst for positive change. We realised that understanding human behaviour, motivation, communication, and drivers was the primary key to unlocking success, creativity, innovation, and in building productive, and (ultimately) happy workplaces.

This journey resulted in the launch of Outcome1 Leadership Academy, with a clear mission:
